The property features smart locks for an easy check-in process. Guests are required to provide a valid government-issued ID and credit card details for verification. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book and stay at the property. Absolutely no pets are allowed, and any violation of the pet policy will result in immediate eviction with no refund and a penalty. Hosting any special event, wedding, party, reception, or gathering of people is strictly prohibited. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Failure to abide by this rule may be punishable by law. Any violation of house rules, disrespectful use of property, unreported damages, exceeding guest numbers, unauthorized gatherings, possession of illegal substances, excessive cleaning or trash, failure to return keys, soiling of linens, excessive utility consumption, unauthorized pool/spa heater use, unsanitary pool/spa use, violation of the no-smoking policy, or furniture relocation may result in additional charges to the credit card on file. If the manager is unsuccessful in charging the card, they will demand payment and may pursue legal action, adding court costs, attorney fees, and maximum interest rates to the owed amount. Guests are responsible for safeguarding their own property and possessions. Trailers, boats, jet skis, or other commercial vehicles may not be parked at the property. Parking is limited to the driveway, garage, or allotted parking spaces. Street parking is not customary and may be considered a nuisance. Guests and their guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful purposes. If a guest is intoxicated, profane, lewd, or brawling, or engages in conduct that disturbs the peace and comfort of others, the manager may order the guest to vacate without refund. Any guest who remains after being told to vacate is guilty of a misdemeanor. Upon arrival, if guests notice any disrepair, breakage, or missing items, they should report it promptly. Guests who report damages may not be held responsible if deemed accidental. Guests are responsible for disposing of their own trash in outdoor garbage bins or designated locations. Utilities, internet, and television are provided, but guests are expected to consume utilities conscientiously. Excessive consumption may result in extra charges. Guests ordering pay-per-view or specialty TV programs will be charged the cost plus a billing fee. There is no telephone service provided at most properties; guests are encouraged to bring their own cellular telephones, computers, and wireless devices.
