Living room is renovated w/ modern kitchen. 1 carpeted master bedroom with modern bathroom(has separate entrance to backyard). 1 rustic carpeted huge family room downstairs(could be used as bedroom) with rustic bathroom. 3 smaller bedrooms upstairs with hardwood floors that share an old style bathroom(great office space area) ***Great fiber optic internet.*** There is newer laundry machines in the house. The hot tub in back is not active. **Open to a dog or cat(there is a doggy door in the laundry room) **Please no cigarette smokers. **Must pay 1st + security deposit before moving in.
