About This Property

Newly renovated 2 BR + 1.75 BA house with parking located in the heart of Echo Park. This charming 1920s house is located in the coveted historic neighborhood of Angelino Heights. You really cannot beat the location. While you are tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, you are also walking distance from all the best Echo Park has to offer including Echo Park Lake and all the trendy restaurants and bars on Sunset. You will also be a 20 minute walk from Dodgers Stadium. The entire space was renovated a little over 5 years ago and a lot of thought and care was put into its fruition. The dish washer and the washer/dryer are both under a year old. The large main room offers a perfect space for entertaining. The fireplace is capped, but we have created a similar feeling using a candelabra. Both bathrooms have been completely updated and include beautiful tiling. A cozy balcony wraps around the back side of the house and connects the main room and all bedrooms. The house comes with one covered parking space that includes an EV charger. This has been a really good home for us and we hope that you will love it as much as we do.
