This job is part-time, on demand type of job (we will need you to clean only when there is a check out) so your revenue will vary from month-to-month. The housekeeping hours are between 11am and 3pm. It takes 2 hours to clean 1 unit. We are mostly booked on the weekends during sept-may and fully booked during june - aug. So you revenue will be about $500/bi-weekly during the summer and about $60-200/bi-weekly during off-season. Please do not count on this job as your main source of income - it will be get you little revenue in winter. This is a good additional income job though. I am looking for a person who can commit to at least a full year: this is not a temporary position. This job requires you to be available each day between 11am and 3pm. If you have another job or commitment on ANY day between those hours please do not apply. Besides, since you are going to live on-site i might occasionally require your help in minor things such as bringing an extra towel to guests, helping to check in, etc (these things are rare, but sometimes happen) so i do need to be able to communicate with you outside of the 11am-3 pm hours.
