The 3 fireplaces (2 gas & 1 electric) and extensive outdoor spaces including several patios, a covered terrace with new high end BBQ and unique fountain all add to the peaceful vibe. It's an easy walk to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Playa del Rey is a charming beach town near Marina del Rey, Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Manhattan Beach and LAX. Easy freeway/bus access and lots of Uber/Lift always around. Key Points: 1. Lease length: approx. 4 months. Available starting March 1, 2026 to June 27, 2026. 2.
