Great place to live

My husband and I have lived here for 5.5 years. The owners and the new management have been awesome. The two negative reviews were about the former manager which is now gone. It’s truly a lovely place to live.

I love Edmonds Ridge

I have lived here for almost a year and I couldn’t be happier. It is a quiet and well kept property. Property management has been great and very responsive. When minor crimes started happening around the area, they quickly installed security cameras and more lights outside. I hope this continues to be the property that it is.

Neat and Quiet

Great place. Quiet, great community of people. Not too big, but has nice greenspace, parking. The residents are nice. Feels like a condo, not apartments.

Everything is well-cared for and the residents are nice/quality people. Ample parking and I love the private park and community garden.

Love it - quiet and well managed

Manager is friendly and available. Always willing to stop and chat. Apartment is spacious, uber clean, bright, safe. Handyman is a little slow but overall the best place I have ever lived.

Stay away!

As others have mentioned, the property manager is very rude and unprofessional! The property manager does not work with you to resolve issues. In my particular case, I have children and we were playing outside during the middle of the day and the noise was unacceptable to her. She was so angry that she insulted me and called me a bare foot hillbilly and it made me feel like I can’t even take my kids outside to play in the sunshine or I will get yelled at. She has a big truck and tries to act tough and intimidating. I love the building and location but until the owner gets a new property manager here I will not be happy here.

Bad place to rent from

Do not rent feom this place, horrible property management, very unprofessional, the manager does not work with you at all, and doesn't respond to questions in a timely manner, very over prices for a place with so many rules and demands... stay away!
