The bathroom maintains an original 1920’s sink accented by tile elements with modern upgrades like a frosted skylight to bring natural light in. The cozy kitchen features a large picture window with fruit tree views and features modern amenities like an oven/stove, full-size fridge, and water filtration system. The kitchen also has an entrance to the large outdoor patio. The bedroom features hardwood floors, a ceiling fan, and a large picture window with a built in AC unit. The owners (who live on site) prefer a quiet, single, nonsmoker who works away from home and would enjoy living in a secluded vintage home amongst fruit trees and their own private patio and garden in one of the best residential areas of Palm Springs. This guest house is located one block to the main shopping areas and restaurants on Palm Canyon.
