Kitchen is finished with new cabinets, ceramic tile flooring, a dishwasher, and a built-in microwave. A free, front-loading washer and dryer are located in unit. There are 2 guaranteed and unblocked parking spaces offered at $200/year per parking permit, with the possibility for a 3rd parking space, if available. Each is located off-street in a well-lit area. 5th and 6th persons are allowed on the lease, at any time between the initial signing of the lease and the end of the lease, at $200/month additional charge per person, added to the total rent amount per month here above.
