This no-frills home features a full kitchen with the essentials for in-home meal prep, a shared washer/dryer, and a practical living space with a large TV for downtime. Enjoy central A/C to keep you comfortable and 10-foot ceilings upstairs for an added sense of openness. This property is pet-friendly, with an un-landscaped, partially fenced yard ideal for pets. Dogs are welcome at a cost of $10 per pet, per day. Please keep pets on a leash and clean up after them. Shared laundry facilities are available with laundry hours from 9 am to 4 pm. Please note that the backyard and laundry room are shared spaces with the neighboring unit. Conveniently located in the Salt Lake Valley, this duplex offers quick freeway access to I-15 and I-215 for easy commuting. The property is well-insulated and separated from the freeway by a sound barrier wall, minimizing outdoor noise. It's situated near Midvale Elementary and Junior High, and minutes from downtown Midvale, State Street shopping and dining, Jordan Landing, and downtown Salt Lake City. Please be aware that this is a duplex with a separate entrance, and you may hear occasional barking from the neighboring unit, especially near the shared laundry area. Smoking or vaping is not allowed on the premises, and a $200 per day fee will be assessed for violations. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee of $15 per hour, with 24 hours advance notice required. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $50 fee per hour. Guests are required to pick up after their animals and will be charged $10 per exterior location if not cleaned up. If animals cause damage to the property, guests will be responsible for repair or replacement costs. For guests staying longer than 15 days, an extended stay cleaning fee of 50% of the advertised cleaning fee will be assessed. Garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bear-proof receptacle; a $30 fee per bin will be assessed for unbagged garbage. Please lock and close all windows and doors upon leaving. Street parking is not permitted; please park between the orange poles. Do not adjust the thermostat below 65 to avoid water line freezing. No firing of weapons, tents, or large bonfires are allowed on the property. Fires must be fully extinguished with water after use.
