Sitting Room includes Loveseat, table, lamp, bookcase, work space counter top with bar stool, TV, walk-in closet and dresser, sliding door with built-in blinds, plus curtains and sheers. Nice lighted hallway with ceramic tiles; the rest of the apartment has vinyl tile flooring. Furnished: queen mattress and box springs with bedding: sheets, comforter, and pillows; dresser with a mirror, ceiling fan, end table, table lamp, a large walk-in closet with a white bookcase for added storage. Central Heat and Air Conditioning. There is a covered Front Porch with seating, and a front yard and lawn. Street Parking (No garage, no storage area). Great Neighborhood with beautiful single-family Homes, friendly, quiet, sidewalks and street lights. Oakleaf Town Center, Walmart, Costco, Library, Schools, Churches, Fire Station, Hospital and ER within 2 miles. No Pets. No Smoking. Maximum Occupancy is one (1), the Tenant Only.
