A charming Carriage House with a very private rear deck overlooking the common rear, wooded lawn and lot. Warm interior details include random wide-pine flooring, a galley-styled kitchen and loads of natural light and built-ins. Primary bedroom with skylight, mini walk-in closet and full-size bed. Spare bedroom/office has a skylight and a futon-style double bed plus a desk/work space. Lease term is 1/1/25 to 4/30/25. Showings by appointment only. Pets not allowed. Utilities are included. Please note that second floor access is a spiral staircase with a first floor bathroom providing a washer and dryer. 8.5% NH Meals & Room Tax applied to all rentals 185 days or less. $3,000/month
