This room is $800/month and can be a shared double occupancy for a little extra cost ($300 for an extra person; $1100 total = $550/person). The second bedroom (15' x 101/2') has 2 large windows, a queen size bed, generous closet (51/2' wide) and a remote control floor lamp. The third bedroom (15' x 111/2") includes a double bed, large window, generous closet (51/2' wide), and considerable extra space in the upper cabinets. These 2 bedrooms have a shared bath (71/2' x 5') with 2 large private mirrored cabinets, and are $650/month each, or $200 extra for an additional person ($850 total = $425/person). All utilities are included: fast wifi, geothermal central air with temperature control in bedrooms, electricity, water, trash, and even generous private driveway parking. Also included with the bedrooms are a spacious shared kitchen with all appliances and kitchenware, large laundry room with front-loading, side-by-side washer and drier, countertop for folding, fold-up ironing board, air-drying rack and storage, as well as a large shared living room and dining room/den with a large sit-down table, library, games and sliding doors to the outside deck. The entrance has storage for coats and shoes, and there's modest storage available in the garage and attic if needed. Outside you'll have access to the spacious deck, live natural pond, fire pit, and lounging furniture on the large wooded property, next to extensive, accessible wooded trails, all in an upscale residential area known for its safe, peaceful setting and community of professionals.
