This apartment is actually on 7727 Potranco Road but the website would not let me post to that address, the apartments are the Westover Oaks directly across from NSA Texas. Me and my wife wanted to purchase a house before I PCS and are looking for someone to take the lease from us. We would be able to move out by around Dec 10th as we close on the 5th. We would pay Decembers rent and the lease runs till March so at that time you could chose to terminate the lease or continue. All is required is that you meet with the front office and go through a background check. As for the apartment is is the Live Oak model as listed here http://venterraliving.com/westoveroaks/rent_pricing_availability , rent for us is 1300 but we have pets so it should be about 1250ish if you have none. We are on the third floor. Please email me if you are interested as we a pretty flexible and willing to make this work.
