It is a two-story house with a single stairway access to the 2d story. This rental is in a very quiet residential neighborhood and noise ordinances are strictly enforced. Parties are strictly prohibited. There is a quiet neighborhood policy after 11:00 PM discouraging attracting attention to travelers within the Hollywood hills zone of the mega entertainment district. Initial entry and digital check-in are exclusively through the digital lock in the main front door entry. Cameras alert staff if you have any trouble accessing. The booking guest will be emailed their unique digital code two (2) days in advance of their arrival. and SMS Text the day before arrival. The digital locks will ONLY work starting at the 4:00 PM check-in day and through the 10:00 AM check-out time and day. Sheriffs substation. The neighbors can call Securitas in emergency, which can result in forfeit of remaining nights and payment balance.
