Car wash area in garage. There is a pool for you to enjoy during the season. The laundry facilities in unit or on site. There is an elevator if you are anti-stairs. The Hudson downtown square is your backyard and has lots of shopping and eating establishments, as well as, many other businesses (ex=a brewery, yoga, tours, etc.). There are many schools in the area, but your condo is closest to Western Reserve Academy. If you have any further questions, please call Nanette. We will work with you on paying security deposit in increments if you need it. UNFORTUNATELY, THIS IS NOT A PET FRIENDLY OR SMOKERS PROPERTY.
PLEASE READ ALL INFO BEFORE SCHEDULING APPT. DOWNTOWN HUDSON CONDO REMODELED A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO! All basic utilities including a/c & heat (EXCEPT ELECTRIC), landscaping, pool maintenance, snowplowing, and trash are all included in your rent! There are picnic tables and BBQ's scattered around the property for you to use. There is a private pool for our condo residents and it's rarely used so you get it to yourself most days. This unit comes with an overly large private storage space for you only! The garage is heated and you have a designated parking space that no one else will park in. There is a car wash in the garage and bike racks and the large laundry room that is super clean if you ever need it. There's lots of extra parking in our 3 parking lots. The building is secured and guests must be buzzed in thru the intercom system. There is an elevator or stairs to get you from garage to any 3 levels. There is an outgoing mailbox. The condo is gorgeous. This place is remodeled for the trendy and hip professional or couple that like a unique place. Hudson is a great town to live in and very sought after! It has many hip stores, eateries, flea market, farmers market, wine tasting, many other festivities, as well as a music scene. IT IS NOT PET FRIENDLY AND NO SMOKING PERMITTED.
