There is a strict no-smoking policy inside the condo or on the balcony; a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. The property has a strict policy on noise levels, so please be considerate of neighbors. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction without refund. Guests must be over 22 to book and stay on the property. Check-in time is 4 pm or after, and check-out time is 11 am. Guests who do not check out by the specified time will be fined $50. Early check-in is available for a $50 fee and late check-out for a $25 fee per extended hour, both requiring prior confirmation.
