The covered balcony offers a stunning view of the golf course, making it an ideal spot to unwind. During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as Seven Eagles Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers, Linear Park, Homestead Pool, Wading Pool, Spa, Carriage Pointe Pool, Spa, Heritage Crossing Pools A and B, Wading Pool, Spa, The Terraces Pool, Spa, Gazebo, Pavilion, Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park, and Grand Traverse Parkway Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center. Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. This RFID will only grant access to the CDD amenities listed above. Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience at Palmer, Nicklaus, or Watson Golf Courses. Booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest. Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full-time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts. While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides, and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment. Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the parking lot. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM. In order to prepare the property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, enough detergent pods for up to two loads are provided. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are available. A coffee maker is provided, however, coffee is not included. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. The home is not baby-proofed. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required for pets. One house-trained dog is allowed with a pet fee and subject to a security deposit. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park near the building on a first-come, first-served basis, with space for up to two vehicles. Parking passes will be provided by the gate security guard upon entry into the community. Shoes should be wiped at the door and preferably removed indoors to keep the place clean. Respect the neighborhood and neighbors by keeping excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Trash should be taken out and disposed of properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. The right to terminate a reservation without refund and pursue monetary fines is reserved if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
