Hello and thank you for stopping by! This vintage mid-century building is home to a great melting pot of people, all working together to maintain a quiet, respectful living environment. The property has a gated garage, keyed entrance and a Melrose Place style courtyard. We are a no pet and non-smoking community. The apartment is a great size with a great floor plan. The kitchen has lots of cabinet space. The dining area has a large window for all day natural light and they both have hardwood flooring. The living room, hall and bedroom have new carpet. There is a coat closet and cabinets in the hallway for extra storage. The bathroom has a separate shower and tub and a window for all day natural light. The bedroom can accommodate up to a king bed. This bedroom has a large closet with accordian doors as well as a large window for more sunlight. The apartment is shown by appointment only. Approved applicants will receive their second month free. Applications will be available at the end of the viewing should you like to move forward for a great space at a great rent! If you plan to submit an application, you will need to have a $35 (non-refundable) check for the credit check fee. In addition to the check, you will need the fully completed, signed application, proof of income and any other documents that will help support the lease. Please know that bank statements do not qualify as income.
