On-site parking is available, limited to one car per reservation in the outdoor surface parking. Visitor parking is on a first-come basis. Located in the heart of the Keystone Crossing neighborhood, this apartment offers a wide range of amenities. Dining options abound, including Ocean Prime, Sullivan's Steakhouse, Seasons 52, and Maggiano's Little Italy. For entertainment, the Keystone Art Cinema and Indie Lounge, an upscale movie theater, is just a short drive away. The Fashion Mall at Keystone, which hosts a variety of events throughout the year, is also nearby. Parks and recreation options include the scenic Monon Trail, great for hiking, biking, and jogging, and the Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation Department offers a variety of programs and activities for all ages. The neighborhood is relatively walkable and bikeable, with several bus stops in the area, including stops for the IndyGo Red Line and various other bus routes. Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Noise detection monitors are present. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250. Unauthorized animal/pet fee is $250. Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine. Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property can result in a fine and/or eviction from the property. The living room is perfect for lounging after a long day of exploring the city or working remotely.
