This property sits across the street from the New Albany Links golf course. It is minutes from downtown New Albany which is beautiful, safe, and walkable. New Albany has many fun restaurants, coffee, and ice cream shops. The gorgeous, brick public library is only 5 minutes away. The Philip Heit recreation center, New Albany Ballet company, tennis courts, and walking paths, are only a 3-minute drive. - CMH airport - 15 min - Safe neighborhood -1 Acre Private lot - Pet friendly (additional $50/month for pet and additional pet security deposit required) - Child amenities (books, games, booster chair, etc.) - 2 private workstations (one with an electronic desk) - state-of-the-art water softener and reverse osmosis system ensuring the water is safe for consumption and use. - Minutes from Intel, Meta, Amazon, Microsoft, Downtown New Albany, and Easton shopping center. This is a beautiful luxury home as such there are some other lease requirements to note: 1 small pet (30lbs or less) is welcome. Additional $50/month pet rental. Additional $500 refundable pet deposit based on conditions explained in the lease. Tenant covers utilities including (wifi, electric, gas, trash) and bi-weekly professional cleanings (I have cleaners I can recommend that provide my tenants a discount). Owner covers lawn care, pest control and water softener. Tenant manages snow removal. Minimum of 2 month lease up to 12 month lease options.
