New Albany has many fun restaurants, coffee, and ice cream shops. The gorgeous, brick public library is only 5 minutes away. The Philip Heit recreation center, New Albany Ballet company, tennis courts, and walking paths, are only a 3-minute drive. - CMH airport - 15 min - Safe neighborhood -1 Acre Private lot - Pet friendly (additional $50/month for pet and additional pet security deposit required) - Child amenities (books, games, booster chair, etc.) - 2 private workstations (one with an electronic desk) - state-of-the-art water softener and reverse osmosis system ensuring the water is safe for consumption and use. - Minutes from Intel, Meta, Amazon, Microsoft, Downtown New Albany, and Easton shopping center. This is a beautiful luxury home as such there are some other lease requirements to note: 1 small pet (30lbs or less) is welcome. Additional $50/month pet rental. For stays 1 - 3 months - 1/2 monthly rent is required to hold the home. This will go towards last month's rent. Additional $500 refundable pet deposit and/or $1,000 refundable security deposit (due 48 hours prior to lease start/check-in with first month's rent). Refundable deposits based on conditions explained in the lease. Flexible cancellation policy up to two weeks prior to lease start/check-in. Cancellations within two weeks will forfeit rental deposit. For stays 4 months and longer - First month rent is required to hold lease/reservation. This will go towards last month rent. Upon 48 hours to lease start date/check-in, an additional $500 refundable pet deposit and/or one-month refundable security deposit (due with first month's rent). Flexible cancellation policy however cancellations within three weeks will forfeit rental deposit. All utilities (internet, AC, Heat, trash, landscaping, pet control, etc.) are included in monthly rent and subject to terms of the lease. One monthly professional cleaning also included in the cost of the monthly rent. A minimum of 1 month lease is required and can extend to 12 months.
