The unit is efficiently designed to accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably, and decorated with bright features which make the condo so beautiful. The charming studio offers one queen murphy (fold-up) bed and a twin bunk bed set in a sunny nook which can be used for additional guests or children. A sliding door opens up to a grassy area and an outdoor grill. The unit also features a kitchenette, a cozy fireplace, and a TV to complete your relaxing Lake Tahoe stay. The monthly rate listed is valid for stays between May and October, and are subject to change. Request a custom rate quote for stays between November and April. The monthly base rate does not include a 6% booking fee and $250 departure clean plus tax for a studio property. A refundable security deposit is required.
