Originally from Westchester County in New York, Paula and her husband, Richard, moved here 21 years ago and never looked back; they love the rolling hills and friendly people in Citrus County and their Citrus Hills community. When they first saw Terra Vista, they fell in love with the beauty and the serenity you feel walking down the Boulevard. Once we moved in, it was fun to enjoy life with great new friends and use the fantastic amenities in Citrus Hills! Living in paradise is an excellent way of describing the feeling we have. Paula and her husband have built two homes in Terra Vista. Paula’s first home was one of the original models 21 years ago that was spacious and beautiful. When Sam Tamposi’s lake was created off the 11th hole of Skyview Golf Course, they decided they had to have their next home right on it. They built a larger home with beautiful customized features that they still love today. These experiences have given Paula a unique ability to understand the most discerning buyers that demand something special and theirs alone in our beautiful Terra Vista community. Paula understands them and how they feel because she has been there before twice. For the last 18 years, Paula has enjoyed helping people and solving their problems as she interacts with strangers and makes them friends. Whether it is a business or personal concern, she helps customers find the correct answers by listening to what they say. Having worked for both the New Home Sales division and excelling at general Real Estate, she is perfectly poised to find the right solution for her buyers and sellers that will meet the goals they are seeking. But truth be told, she is never quite sure why everybody would not want to live in Terra Vista, her paradise. Paula is a multi-million-dollar producer involved in 10’s millions of dollars worth of sales of exclusively Terra Vista homes, both new construction and resales.
