Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards and check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. Unregistered guests are not allowed and extra guests spending the night that are not accounted for could generate extra fees. All cars must be parked in the property’s garage and/or driveway as street parking is strictly forbidden. Drugs and inappropriate behavior are not allowed on the property. Garbage is picked up on certain days by the city, and guests will be informed the night before to leave the trash out from 7 p.m. onwards. Stained sheets or towels and damaged items must be paid for to replace them. Any violation of house rules could result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit.
