The large, fully stocked kitchen boasts stainless-steel appliances and everything needed for a big breakfast or a home-cooked dinner. Indoor and outdoor dining areas let you enjoy meals under the Florida sky or in the cool comfort of the interior space. A free washer/dryer is conveniently located for longer stays. The game room includes a pool table and video/arcade games, providing endless fun for friends and family. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 2 per reservation. Up to 2 cars may park in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes.
