7600 Broadway

After a year and a half, my wife and I are extremely happy we found 7600' AND THE COMMUNITY. The community is quiet and have many resteraunt Plus shopping centers for convenience.

We received the upmost professional and extremely friendly customer service from the staff while our move in transition. The complex is breathtaking, very clean and so calming. We will definitely enjoy our time here!

The staff is wonderful and made move in a breeze. You can tell that everyone is really happy to live here. There are all sorts of residents in all sorts of different phases of life. I haven’t been able to meet a lot of people yet- but we will get there. HEB is right across the street and there are a couple good happy hour spots that are walking distance too. It’s nice!

The concierge service is always on top of any situation. Too many guests with no wrist bands to loud parties. Always around but never intrusive.

The lease and move-in process was seamless. we are excited to be on property. conveniently located to all the neighborhood amenities you could need. the property is incredible clean, crisp and secure. We are extremely excited about being on property.

Best place to live nice people The units are spacious with modern finishes, and the kitchen appliances are up to date and reliable. Maintenance requests are usually handled within 24–48 hours, which I really appreciate. The leasing office staff is friendly, though communication can be inconsistent at times. The amenities—especially the gym and pool—are a nice bonus, though they can get crowded on weekends. Parking is decent, though guest spots are limited. One downside is the thin walls—you can hear your neighbors if they’re loud.

It’s my first time in an apartment and I have been really enjoying it. Everyone is so nice and helpful! Everyone working here handles any of my requests quickly and professionally.

A nice place to live with friendly staff and interesting neighbors. The convenience is great and amenities are nice. Recent updates to resident events has been a good change. They do need to work on the common area, outdoor area and fitness room televisions and the fitness on demand offerings. They have not consistently worked for the 18 months we have lived here. It is a known issue they have not invested in to enhance the community

My wife and I are on our one-year and one-month anniversary at the 7600 Broadway community, and we love it. It is the best place we have lived when it comes to luxury living.

I wasn’t sure about moving to an apartment. Would there be privacy or noise issues? Would the residents be friendly or aloof? Would the management and staff be attentive or absent? 7600 has met and exceeded my expectations. There have been no privacy or noise issues. The residents I’ve met have been consistently friendly and polite. The management and staff are consistently courteous and professional. More than that, the neighborhood is wonderful, the special events for residents are amazing, the concierge service is excellent, and the amenities make me feel like I’m living in a 5 star hotel! I’m so glad I chose 7600 for my new home!

Beautiful property with the most helpful staff. The amenities are all top notch, and the location cannot be beat. Everything you need is within a short distance.

The staff at 7600 is always on top of the needs of the residents. Nothing is too small a detail. When packages are delivered the concierge staff gets them into secure lockers and notifies the resident of their arrival. Have never had one lost.

Absolutely wonderful community! All the employees are super friendly, courteous, and always willing to go above and beyond. We were helped by Brianna and she helped us choose our special home. 7600 is a great place to live and the staff is so attentive and concierge so helpful! I love how clean everything is kept! I love the area as well with many things close by and accessible.

Their attentiveness and thoughtfulness to every detail are unmatched. The amenities are also exceptional; every morning feels like I’m waking up at a resort! It’s clear that a great deal of love and care goes into maintaining this complex, and I absolutely love it here.

We are ecstatically happy that we made the decision to live here! A shout out and big THANK YOU to the Concierge team who are there for us 24/7 providing service of excellence, with pride and warm greetings; to the Management team who without a doubt keeps everything running smoothly and provides us with the best timely communications; and to the Maintenance team who provides extremely fast and efficient fixes (we only needed very minor adjustments once or twice in the entire year.). I said it last year when we first moved in and I'll say it again; I can't see us ever moving out!

Just moved in but so far everything has been great. Can’t give a five star yet because I have not visited all the amenities. The apartment was in great shape on move in day.

Beautiful facility. Great staff. Wonderful location. The apartments are up to date and absolutely stunning. The gym and pool are one of my favorite parts of the entire building.

After half a year, the staff know our names and greet us residents with a smile asking how we are doing. Maintenance and the concierge are superior to other apartment complexes I've lived at; they will do about anything within reason. Living next to the pool and grills makes life more enjoyable ...

Beautiful new complex with quality amenities. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating areas, large pool and bar-b-q area, well equipped workout room and several meeting/party rooms, large dog park with grooming area, fire pit and seating. 24 hours security and top notch staff and the friendliest neighbors.

All the extras you could ask for……7600 Broadway provides. Common areas, pool / outdoor, fitness center and dog park are so well done. Fun and safe place to live… even for seniors.

Very friendly community. The building is always clean. The Landscaping is beautiful and well kept up. The Management is always attentive, and The Concierge guys are the best, especially Dan.

Since moving in, I have been thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the concierge desk and leasing office. Arnold, Thomas, Dan, and Justin have been outstanding at the concierge desk—always helpful, friendly, and genuinely happy in their roles. They go above and beyond, treating residents like family. The front desk staff (particularly Breanna and Miera) are equally impressive, consistently remembering my name, unit number, ensuring any issue is addressed right away and even taking the time to meet my daughter. The grounds are impeccably maintained and clean, while my unit is beautifully designed. It’s a pleasure to call this place home.

Beside the great location, everything else is just like any other apartment, loud noises, missing packages, rude staffs, and a lot of dog poops/smelly surroundings. It is just like any other apartment in town, but very accessible to grocery and airport.

It is a beautiful community and all the staff are very helpful with all your needs to make you feel at home! All the decor in the common areas are beautiful and enjoyable!

Smooth move-in process. The community is safe and sound. Concierge service is very convenient and front desk is very helpful. Dog park and library is a plus!

I love it here! Staff is super friendly and accommodating, and the facility is beautiful. I especially enjoy the pool area and workout spaces, great for working from home.

There seem to be always something broken all the time, that’s why I’ve put down four stars only. Otherwise as far as community evens go, I have been pleasantly surprised, the dinner is with Chef, sunrise Yoga, that all are great attempts to build a community. Thank you

Just moved in but the gym is great and the ultra high ceilings make the place. Everyone is very friendly and once construction is completed on other part of building will be very calm and easy living.
