The southeast facing unit with floor-to-ceiling windows is a ground floor unit with over 1,000 sq. ft. and offers two carpeted bedrooms, stainless steel appliances, remote-controlled ceiling fan, central a/c, in-unit washer & dryer and hardwood floor throughout. Close to public transportation, off-street parking available, and minutes to the Oregon District and University of Dayton. Tenants pay for utilities (gas and electric), properly disposing of trash, and maintaining the overall appearance of the home. Tenants are expected to ensure personal belongings are not an obstruction to common areas and walkways are free of leaves in the fall and snow in the winter months. Rent is $1,050/month with 1st month’s rent and security deposit due upon signing a one-year lease. There is a maximum of three people allowed in the unit, no pets please. There is a non-refundable application fee of $50.
