Property Ratings at 7575 Town Center
Everything is either very dirty (mold in shower) or broken when we moved in this week. Duct tape holding the screens on the windows, microwave blew the first week. Washing machine had black mold in it, and the shower doors don’t even close.
Our bathroom ceiling is leaking and still isn't fixed. The residents can be a little inconsiderate. There is one older guy who will unplug others EV just so he can charge. Our neighbors will party all hours of the night. On the weekend if your loud until 1 or 2 am go for it, but these people are loud until 5-6am.
Aster apartments have been good to us. Been here for 3 years and have very little complaints. Main complaint is for the office and maintenance staff
Nice place to stay with family and I always recommend the some to the friends. Recently it improved in maintenance timelines as well on fixing issues

Management in the building needs major revamp. Staff is unresponsive. Maintenance requests go unanswered, need multiple follow ups in person. Impossible to get response by email.

Maintenance and front desk phone and website chat are unresponsive. Poor communication. The trash ends up everywhere after the trucks come empty it. Would suggest adding an awning to the dog park.

Not what is advertised. Doors broken, people are still able to break in and use whatever they want and take whatever they want. Office people ignore you. It could be a great place if management would hold themselves and other residents including the business accountable.

The location is convenient and there are plenty of amenities. I was a bit disappointed in the unit as it was not similar to the one we looked at and we were told it was the same. Staff takes a while to respond to requests. I'm hopeful our living experience will go well.

Poor security and poorly maintained facilities. The entrance gate for the garage is more times broken than not. It takes forever for the facilities to get repaired

I feel like the lift gates always broken giving unwanted visitors access to the Garage as well as the one of the garage doors always lifted that need fixed, the pool should be heated if it’s year round as much as everyone pays the outdoor hot tub should be heated more and have different hours atleast till 11-12am weekends for adults as well as the outside area it almost feels like security harass you. During this weekend myself and a few friends were grilling and security came out making an issue as if it was near 10pm and ppl need to start leaving when it was 630-7pm but they can’t do interior garage checks for vehicles or ppl that look homeless or check exterior doors to make sure they are secure also it’s hard to change the door system locks

Everything has really improved here. I do wish they would replace the carpets after multiple floods, large grease stains, bleach stains, and footprints that aren't being brought up by the vacuum. I don't love looking at those every day.

Moved in a week ago and we love the apartment! We have taken advantage of the saunas and hot tubs multiple times after the always back breaking move-in, and feel such luxury with it. The 24-hour gym is great, and we love that residents take advantage of the great pool and bbq’s just outside our 1st floor balcony. It has never seemed too loud, rather, the sound of children playing is a nice background to work from home to. Thank you for the timely attention when we needed help and maintenance to come by. Love my new home! The move in process was pretty easy and the apartment was in a clean state upon arrival. The only thing I was not aware of was needing to get a money order in order to pay move in costs.

Grill on 4th floor balcony does not work. Staff continues to not return phone calls or ever follow up and the new policy for charging residents for watering the outdoor space is absolutely disgusting. Management should be ashamed of themselves.

I enjoy the apartment layout and space. The halls stay mostly clean. Garage is convenient, but it is tight driving, especially through the gates. Nice amenities. Love the convenience to local businesses. Biggest issue- fire alarms are easily set off & OFTEN especially at night. Otherwise, I’d recommend.

We’ve lived here since 2021, and while we’ve enjoyed certain aspects of the community, our overall experience has been disappointing. From the beginning, we submitted maintenance requests for the heating system in our unit, which doesn’t turn off with the thermostat and can only be shut off using the main power switch. Despite multiple requests, the issue was never properly addressed, and we eventually gave up on waiting for a resolution. Communication from the staff has also been lacking, making it difficult to get timely or helpful updates on issues we’ve raised. On top of that, we’ve had to deal with neighbors who are heavy smokers. The smoke frequently seeps into our unit, damaging the air quality and making the apartment unpleasant to live in. We’ve decided to transfer to a different unit and give the property another year in hopes that our experience improves. We truly hope management will take these issues more seriously moving forward.

It's been okay. The fire alarm goes off sometimes, the elevator is finally fixed. Some of the other residents are creepy. The car chargers are usually available which is an upside of things.

The apartment was clean and only had one issue with the garbage disposal. On leasing day a lot of things came up that the office had over a week to reach out to me to correct which made the process an hour long with a move in time of 3:00 which made it very difficult to get everything moved in with children. Other than that everything went fine.

We love the location of the apartment. Close to the parks and shops. I also like the gym very much! I wish the community event is more focused on nice foods or treats and coffee, not much alcohol.

OMG my experience here has been sooo amazing I really love it. The people are great very kind and respectful the space I live in is very quiet the shops are near by and walking distance which I really really really like that I have choosing a beautiful place to call my home

I absolutely love The Aster I’ve been living here for about two years and I’m looking to sign a new lease to be here even longer. I love the neighborhood. The neighborhood is very safe. I have two kids, and I wanted to move them too a neighborhood where they could play outside and play with other kids safely and I’m very happy that I made the choice I made by moving into the Aster. I would recommend this apartment complex and the other ones they have if you have the opportunity to live here.

3 days/nights and I feel so at home…but in a gorgeous resort community! I can’t wait to experience all the amenities in the building and I’ve already fallen in love with the neighborhood! The only thing missing that earned my 4-star vs 5-star rating are the very heavy doors and I am handicapped and use mobility devices. I realize the building’s wonderful security may hamper installation of “push button” automatic openers but that would be phenomenal.

Great place to live. Neighborhood is awesome. Everything you need is right around the corner. Overall, I would recommend people living here if they found a place that fits them.
The property's facilities, including the pool and communal areas, as well as the responsiveness of the maintenance team, are quite okay. The proximity to various shops, restaurants, and grocery stores makes running daily errands not just convenient but also quick.

Everything has really improved in the past year! There are people at the front desk that know what they're doing now, maintenance is responding quicker, and it feels cleaner. Also some great events going on. Great work Town Center!

Love living at 7575 . Unique part of Denver with just enough shopping and great access to the highways to take you anywhere . It’s close enough to the city without being in the grind . The staff here are great and do their very best to accommodate all of everyone’s needs and requests . Very happy with our decision to live here.

The neighborhood is great, I love that it’s walkable and that they decorate for the winter holidays. It’s also a great location, right between down town and the airport.

Management is unresponsive and ineffective. One of the elevators has been broken for six months! Emails to Assistant community director are ignored, unanswered. Routine work orders go ignored. Require multiple in person requests at the leasing office to get anything done.
