About This Property

Beautiful unit located in an adult gated golf course community. Heritage Eagle Bend at least 1 person on the lease needs to be 45 YEARS OR OLDER. Property includes gym, tennis courts and outside cool. Tenants get access to access to the clubhouse and restaurant, it’s a public golf course tenants can use as well. A small dog or cat is allowed and there will be a $150 non refundable pet deposit fee as well. Laundry Hook ups are in the unit. Tenants pay all utilities. This is a HousingHelpers Property. Our app is $38 per adult and we do have an admin fee of $150 after a lease is signed.
