The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at 75 Armory | Student Housing
This place is a complete over priced scam. Just about every appliance we had broke and it took weeks to months to get it fixed. They overcharge your electricity bill during winter and summer breaks 3x the amount it should be. They promised the garage doors would be operable and fixed the entire year and they never were. They’re so desperate for people to live their they call their current residents multiple times to resign even when we’ve told them we’ve signed somewhere else. Absolutely ridiculous.

Our washer has been broken for two months and our maintenance requests were deleted and not fulfilled. The garage doors are always open, and the company has not done anything about it despite multiple complaints to close it. The entrance doors are always unlocked. This causes many packages and items in cars to be stolen. It’s also a safety risk for all the residents living here. They are very bad at answering calls, and they never answer emails. They try to charge you for unnecessary things and when you call them out on it, they delete the charges. This shows how unethical the charges were to begin with, and it shows how terrible the management is. Communication with the company is very bad and maintenance requests take forever to complete. Do not rent an apartment here, it’s not worth your money.

I have lived in 75 armory for 3 years because the original management, while having problems, was super helpful. this new management (2 years old now) has let me down in so many areas. refuses to fix the garage doors and then my cars catalytic converter got stolen. then they wouldn't even help me receive justice by submitting the camera footage to the police. a similar instance happened when another resident hit my car and they wouldn't give me footage to submit to the insurance company. they have raised rent and stopped paying for electricity and water since i first joined causing me to pay and extra 90 dollars a month with no improvement to the quality of life. there are endless stories and information but in summary do not rent here unless you are ok getting screwed by the new owners.
