The kitchen counter space can comfortably seat up to 4 people for breakfast. The dining room includes a round table seating up to 6 people and a bar cart. The living room boasts a 55-inch smart TV with complimentary Netflix access and a door leading to the outdoor patio dining and BBQ area. The master bedroom includes a private patio balcony deck overlooking the city with a two-person breakfast bar nook and an L-shaped patio sofa for relaxation. The master ensuite features a separate shower and bathtub, and a double sink vanity. The basement level includes a recreation room with a Peloton Bike and light workout items, as well as a full-size washer and dryer. Two secure parking spots are provided with the reservation. A high chair is available complimentary with a 4 business day notice. Early check-in is available from 1:00 PM onwards for a 150 CAD fee, subject to availability. Late check-out is available until 1:00 PM for a 50 CAD fee, subject to availability. Luggage drop-off service is available after 12:00 PM for a 25 CAD fee. A baby crib is available upon request for a fee of 50 CAD per night, with at least three days' notice. Located in a residential area yet close to the Marple shopping district, this property is within walking distance or a short drive to numerous international cuisines, a Safeway supermarket, and cafes. Elementary and secondary schools are also nearby. It's a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive to Safeway Supermarket, a 7-minute drive to Oakridge Mall, a 12-minute drive to Richmond / YVR Airport, and a 15-minute drive to Downtown Vancouver. The bus stop for Bus 10 is directly outside the property, providing direct access to Downtown Vancouver. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 9 am. No smoking in any form, no illegal drugs, no parties or gatherings of any sort, and no loud noises are permitted. Only registered guests are allowed to stay, with extra person fees applying for additional guests. Bi-weekly housekeeping/cleaning is included in your booking. A set of towels will be given per registered guest. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must be complied with. This unit is work-from-home friendly, featuring high-speed internet Wi-Fi, a dedicated desk area, an ergonomic office chair, and a wireless HP black and white printer with AirPrint function.
