Monthly Pet fees will be charged based on the "Paw Score" risk level assessed by . Farm or exotic animals, if not otherwise classified as Assistance Animals, are approved on a case-by-case basis, and the Property Manager reserves the right to reject any pet based on individual circumstances. Assistance animals, once verified by , will never be charged any upfront fees, monthly fees, or deposits.
