Located in prestigious Reunion, this home is within a gated community secured by a 24-hour security guard. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. If you need an additional parking spot, there's a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr where you can find extra parking spots for overflow parking. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10:00 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300. Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural and very common occurrence.
