Experience luxury and feel at home in this spacious villa at Reunion Resort, perfect for families and groups. This 5-bedroom villa sleeps 12 and features 5 baths. This villa features a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a private heated pool with an optional upgrade, poolside loungers, and a game room with arcade games, basketball, and air hockey. For your convenience, there is an in-home washer and dryer. An optional upgrade is available for private pool heating. A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit. Nestled in the heart of Reunion Resort in Kissimmee, you are just minutes from championship golf courses, exceptional dining options, and a variety of activities. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required for furry friends, and only one house-trained dog is allowed. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-by-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. If you need an additional parking spot, there's a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr where you can find extra parking spots for overflow parking. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Check-out time is 10:00 AM, and late departures may result in a fee of up to $300. [SI]
