I have a lease available in Tuscaloosa at The Retreat. The unit is fully furnished and the house style is Brookshire. I live upstairs in bedroom #3. The closet is huge and makes for a perfect 'office' for a quiet and secluded space to study in. The lease ends on 07/23/2017. The Retreat is pet friendly and the three other women that live there have two dogs and a kitten collectively. The pets are extremely well behaved and friendly. They are very sweet and kind people and do not party or cause issues. The rent is $610 with a $50 utility allowance. Trash is provided along with yard care and the house is located on a big green space perfect for pets or playing sports. It is only a five minute walk from the clubhouse that has a movie theater, computer lab with free printing, a fitness center, a huge and beautiful pool with a volleyball net and a mini golf course. Behind the clubhouse are basketball and tennis courts. A free shuttle is provided to and from the UA campus. I really need someone to take this lease and I will be willing to help pay a portion of the rent for the first few months if absolutely necessary. It will be available as soon as is required. The sprawling neighborhood of East Tuscaloosa provides residents with large, amenity-filled apartment complexes, as well as smaller condo buildings from which to choose.
