We allow quiet dogs, cats, etc. ***See Video Presentation of property and room here***: The Private Room 1: 110 sq ft in size, with shared bath and shared kitchen. 900/room fees + 250/utilities = 1150/mo The Private Room 2: 168 sq ft in size, with shared bathroom and shared kitchen. 1000/room fees + 250/ utilities = 1250/mo The Private Room 3: 195 sq ft in size, with private bath, laundry and shared kitchen. 1300/room fees + 300/utilities = 1600/mo (These prices are based on single occupancy, one year contract, with no pets.) The shared bathrooms, kitchen and common areas are professionally cleaned weekly. We make sure the house is always clean for our residents. We have a resident Manager who lives on site. ***See Video Presentation of property and room here***: If occupants desire to stay less than one year, please add $100 per month in your calculations. (the shortest term we will allow is 4 months). This does not apply to the private room with bath and laundry. That one is a minimum of one year. We require the equivalent of whatever your monthly total is as a security deposit. We allow approved pets at 50/month per pet up to 3. There is a standard $35 background check for all residents.
