I have rented these units for several years through Furnished Finder and am happy to say, everyone has been friendly, quiet and respects the privacy of all. The only sharing is of the washer and dryer in the basement as well as the back door entrance, mentioned above. Loft tenant comes in the back door and turns to the right to the door to the loft.
