My house has two other rental units - a light, airy loft area (which is accessed through the kitchen of the unit you will be seeing - long term, quiet, lovely tenant - nurse who works nights) and a cozy basement studio apartment which will be rented beginning on July 7, also a nurse working nights. I have rented these units for several years through Furnished Finder and am happy to say, everyone has been friendly, quiet and respects the privacy of all. The only sharing is of the washer and dryer in the basement as well as the back door entrance, mentioned above. Loft tenant comes in the back door and turns to the right to the door to the loft. I have never had a problem with this. This home is centrally located—within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and shops. You'll have quick access to major hospitals, Washington University, Webster University, community colleges, and downtown St. Louis.
