Guests are usually families and small groups here to explore Portland — very respectful and quiet. The note upstairs guest will have access the driveway only, however there is plenty of street parking. Per City of Portland regulations, properties with an Airbnb must have a long-term resident on site. As the “long-term tenant”, you'll help meet this requirement. If your application is approved and the lease is signed, the only requirement from the city of Portland permit is proof of residency. You’ll need to update your ID to reflect this address — no worries, I will cover any associated costs for this process. -Notably, this basement has a Private, separate entrance for full privacy. -Washer and dryer in-unit, plus a stainless steel refrigerator. -Cats allowed. No dogs unless they do not bark. -Tons of storage space for your belongings. -The basement renter has full access to the backyard; however, please note that the backyard is not fully furnished. All utilities below are included at a $200 flat rate per month. Below are typical rates shown for the utilities for a 2 bed 1 bath in Portland. So you will still be saving roughly $125. -Electricity (Typically $150 per month) -Sewer/water (Typically $50 per month) -Trash/recycling/yard debris (Typically $50 per month) (Basement renter is in charge for taking the bins out on the curve for garbage collection schedules. ) -WIFI that is 900 MBPS (Typically $75 per month) A garage is available for an additional fee if you need extra space. Please note: the driveway belongs to the upstairs guests, so access to the garage must be coordinated with them. The garage is ideal for use as a workshop or storage—no vehicle repairs allowed.
