All members must go through a credit check and background check. PET FRIENDLY (UP TO 25 LBS EACH). This is a friendly, quiet park and a lovely place to live. The Gulf beaches, Sam's Club and tons of shopping are less than 20 minutes away. Tampa International Airport and the Cruise Port at Tampa are less than an hour away. Brand new kitchen with solid wood cabinets and new floor will make you want to cook! Icy cold central air keeps you cool all year. HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE. 2 Small Pets are allowed (under 25 lb.) .... extra $50 security deposit plus $10/mo per DOG. Cats are free per month. The park charges me for the dog so I am not keeping it. This home has a totally upgraded kitchen and bath. The wood cabinets in the kitchen and counter tops are installed and there is a breakfast nook where you can enjoy your morning coffee. New upscale laminate has been installed and everything is fresh and clean and ready for you to move in. A washer and dryer are inside the home for your convenience. And it is handicap accessible, too. The rent includes park rent, water, garbage pick up twice a week and lawn mowing. You have to put the electric, wifi, phone and tv in your name. This home is available for showing immediately. It will rent quickly so do not delay if you are interested. To move in you need the security deposit of $1250 and the first month's rent of $1250 total: $2500.
