The home features six spacious themed bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a large living area, and a private pool. Located in the Reunion community, this home provides an outdoor entertainment area, a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a spacious dining area. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the driveway parked side by side. The cost for pool heating is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice for this amenity. Reunion is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full-time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts. While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides, and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment. Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Check-out time is 10 AM. In order to prepare the property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, we provide enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided. There is a coffee maker, however, coffee is not provided. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests at any given time. Please note that we welcome children of all ages but wanted to make sure you’re aware that the home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. [SI]
