We've scraped the ceilings, painted the interior and trimmed it out with new baseboard. We added a new stairway handrail. The kitchen with roomy pantry has all new cabinets, granite counters, modern backsplash, and new stainless appliances that include a very large fridge, microwave, and gas range. The dishwasher was already replaced. There is even a cute wet bar under the stairs in the living room with matching counters. Both baths have bright new tile surrounds. All the interior & exterior lighting has been replaced, each bedroom and the living room with new ceiling fans. You and your animals will appreciate the spacious backyard with privacy fence. The 2-car garage has an automatic opener and washer/dryer connections. Located close to food shopping: HEB, Sprouts, Central Market and tons of good restaurants surround. The owner provides one free yard cut a month. I've thrown seed in the front yard! We are pet friendly managers but ask that the new flooring please be cared for. The roof is newer. There is so much to like here!
