My name is Natalia, I am graduate student at North Carolina State University. I am looking for responsible, clean!!! roommate - NCSU student (must have valid student ID) to share the apartment with. It is a 2BR apartment on the 2nd floor of 2 story old red brick building. The kitchen is really nice, has lots of cabinets, new fridge and stove top. There are sofas and table in living room. Bedroom is carpeted and has a chest of drawers, closet, mirror and table. Bathroom is white and clean. Rent includes water, cable and high speed internet (there is WiFi). Gas and energy on average will add another $25 to the rent. Place is a little older but I like it and have lived here almost 4 years now. Parking lot located right in front of the building, laundry is neighboring building (it is quiet apartment complex and mostly occupied by graduate students). There are multiple playgrounds, grilling areas, benches and swings. Grocery store is within 7 min of walking. Place is very close to NCSU main campus (perfect for students new to the area). 3 bus stops right across the street connect bus lines to all the campuses and city bus also comes there. I usually bike/walk everywhere. My current roommate is moving out on April 30 to bike across the country so I would really like to find someone to continue on the lease May1st - June 30, 2015.
