About 739 W 10th St Indianapolis, IN 46202
Starting in December of 2018, I'll be leasing a bedroom in my two bedroom apartment located at Campus Apartments of Indianapolis. I have no complaints about my apartment, leasing office, roommate, etc., I'm just forced to sublease my apartment, because I've accepted an internship in another state. Rent and utilities are very reasonable especially after being split with a roommate, and there is free parking with guest parking located in the back of the apartments. The lease ends July 31st, 2018 and can be renewed if desired. The apartment is fully furnished except for bedroom furniture. Again, this has been a perfect apartment, especially as an IUPUI student (10 minute walk to campus). If you decide to move in, you would be splitting the rent and utilities (usually around $1310) in half with my current roommate, Lauren, leaving you to pay around $655 each month. Please message me if interested or have any questions. Thanks!

Downtown Indianapolis is a true marvel of American urban design, and is rightly recognized as one of the stylistic gems of the Midwest. The grand architecture of the various government buildings and museums ranges from neoclassical to ultra-modern, creating a timeless and visually stunning environment. Huge monuments and war memorials punctuate the landscape as well – in fact, Indianapolis has more such public tributes than any city in America apart from Washington, DC.
Downtown features a thriving nightlife scene, mainly along Meridian Street and Massachusetts Avenue and incorporating an immense selection of bars, clubs, and live music venues for every taste. The dining is unbeatable, with world-class restaurants of every description within a short walk from anywhere and the popular Food Truck Fridays delivering more eclectic fare during the summer months.
