Homeplace is a wonderful large Country estate that has 6 individual apartments, each independent and mutually exclusive of each other. Apartment #4 is the largest of the apartments and has two levels. On the main floor, is the family room with built in bookshelves, wood-burning fireplace along with dining room, kitchen with full appliances and one small bedroom off the kitchen. There is also a half bath on the main level. On the second level is open space for office or sitting room, the master bedroom along with a full bath with tub-shower. Also, there is a smaller bedroom with closet and a large walk in closet/storage area. The flooring on both the main level and the second level is a combination of laminated hardwood and vinyl. There is a nice front entrance porch to enjoy as well as lots of off-street parking. There is also a laundry room located in the basement of the house off the main porch for tenants use and convenience. The house also has a "community" garden in the front field which is shared by the tenants of the house and available for use if interested.
