Each floor has one bedroom and one bathroom, and the lower level has space for a full-size air mattress as well. The living room sectional is on the first floor and may serve as additional sleeping space, however it does not have a pull-out bed. Amenities include self check-in, high-speed Wi-Fi, two dedicated workspaces, a kitchen island with bar stool seating, a smart TV, in-unit laundry, and a shared outdoor patio. Permitted street parking is available directly outside the building on Throop St. Daily parking permits are provided free of charge for up to two weeks and longer-term permits can be purchased from the city for approximately 120 USD per year. Free non-permit street parking is often available on Huron St within a block of the building. All within walking distance are coffee shops, multiple parks, BYOB Mexican, Mediterranean, and Sushi restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, and countless bars and restaurants. Within a 5-minute drive are West Loop, Wicker Park, and River North, and it's less than 10 minutes to the United Center.
