Free non-permit street parking is often available on Huron St within a block of the building. All within walking distance are coffee shops, multiple parks, BYOB Mexican, Mediterranean, and Sushi restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, and countless bars and restaurants. Within a 5-minute drive are West Loop, Wicker Park, and River North, and it's less than 10 minutes to United Center. Smoking is prohibited in this apartment, and a $150 fee will be assessed for violations. Quiet time is after 10pm.
