Great location across the street from the UW Stevens Point campus. Only 1 block from the YMCA. Plenty of parking room. Spacious house in good condition. Laundry in unit. Lots of room ! You can relax in this home and not worry about the hassles commuting to campus with this location. Convenient back area by entry to kick off your boots during those winter months and extra storage in the full basement area. Practically across the street from campus.
