About This Property
Rent includes ALL utilities! Cheerful, comfortable, this Cottage is truly a home away from home. Quality mattresses and comfy linens make for a great sleeping experience. An oversized arm chair and full couch lend themselves to lounging in front of the freestanding Jotul gas fireplace. Great work space either at the dining table or at the kitchen island (which does have outlet for power on the side). If you like to cook, a brand new oven (with air fryer capability), new fridge, huge butcher block island, farmhouse sink and a dishwasher make it easy. The showers are incredible with super hot water and crazy good pressure on the rainheads. Tile walk-in shower in the master bath, deep vintage tub in the second bathroom (great for a soak after a long day). Outside the cottage there is a lovely front porch swing and a great backyard sitting area complete with couch and work table. Additionally, there is a washer and dryer in the basement and extra storage room down there. The home has lots of natural light, a nicely stocked kitchen. Fast internet. Front porch swing for lazy mornings (or any time!) and mellow, communal backyard sitting area with gas grill. The home is located in a nice residential area that is walking distance to coffee shops and wine bar as well as walking trails, parks and a golf course. Centrally located, just a short bike ride or very short car trip to downtown. Lots of people walk in the area, taking their dogs out or just stretching their legs.
