Hi everyone, I'm renting my updated home near the circle on Appelby st, mid block. It is surrounded with a completely enclosed front gate with private entry allowing for total privacy. Upon entering you are exposed to a drought tolerant landscaping with an oversize wood deck and adirondack chairs for your morning coffee. When opening the front door you immediately get exposed to both the airy great room that then leads into you through the back french doors and into the serene tropical landscaped backyard. The great room includes vaulted ceilings, updated kitchen including a theramodor gas stove/range, LG refrigerator, farm house sink, counter top toaster oven and much more. The great room, which incorporates the kitchen, livingroom space, dining space and TV area, brings into the outdoors throught the large french doors. A 55 inch TV with free cable and wifi included. When entering the back yard you approach another large wooden deck that leads into a lush, tropical landscaped yard, with a spa, outdoor shower, private meditation area and fire pit and seating area. Also included is a water fountain and large budda. Included is a back small house as part of your living space that has a full kitchen, full bathroom, loft space and bifold doors that open to the fire pit area. This very private, secluded property consists of a front house: 2 bed, 1 full bath; the back house consists of two sleeping areas in an open floor plan (one in loft space), plus one full bath. This is not one to miss! Extremely safe, quiet, peaceful, secure, totally private, hideaway to escape to, 9 blocks to the beach, 2 blocks to Whole Foods market, many cool, organic cafes and coffee spots blocks away, close to freeway entrance, 15 min to LAX, tree lined street with only single story houses on my street!
