Water, sewer, and trash are also included in the rent! Rent is $1,000/month with a minimum of $1,000 required for the security deposit. Pets are negotiable at this property - dogs will require an extra $200 deposit per dog, cats an extra $400 deposit per cat. Pet rent is a flat $50/month. There is a $50 application fee required per adult aged 18 or older. Approved applicants will be required to pay a flat one-time $60 administrative fee due at the time of move in.
