I enjoy living here. Management is very quick to respond. Apartments are pretty modern.
I’ve never been so bummed about having to move from anywhere. Because I also knew that I was relocating from a great management team such as this one.RELIABLE management is hard come by these days when renting. I loved my apartment. The updates on the building just goes to show that the new management and Joe are moving in the right direction. Any concerns I had they were taken care of. Communication was always great, and I felt at peace knowing that any concerns I had were being treated with a sense of urgency.
Lived at 7334 N Ridge Blvd from 2017-2020 and loved it! They have been making major improvements to the building which has been nice to see. Neighbors look out for you, maintenance is friendly, and the property management team is great and responsive (Stella is great). I lived in a studio and it was super spacious and updated. Location is great to! Next to markets, food, gym, and transportation. Would definitely recommend.
I recently moved into this apartment building at 7334 N. Ridge. I can honestly say they are doing a great job with improvements on the building and keeping it clean and updated. They prioritize making the building a great atmosphere for their renters.
The new owners are the best since ive lived here in the smount of time they have owened the buildind . Very professional and prompt with their seevices considerate about their tenants. More of a family orientated environment with management. Im very happy with their services snd i lived here 17 yrs.
I have rented in this building for the last 2 years. The negative reviews of the building are the result of negligence on the part of the former owners. I can say without a doubt that Jim and Joe ( the new and current owners) are making real changes in the building for the tenants. They have invested heavily in monthly pest control visits from Platinum Plus. As a former tenant as of today I can say had my family not been expanding I would have looked forward to continuing my tenancy under this new ownership. They have also began to modernize and upgrade the building to make it more attractive with plans to make unit locks keyless, install vending machines in common areas, and the package delivery locker to safe guard the packages of tenants. The quality of life in the building is largely dependent on the tenants and Jim has been diligent in reminding tenants to be good neighbors and practice proper garbage disposal and unit cleanliness. It’s kind of like how a GM takes over a poorly run team. They inherit all of the bad press and have to dig themselves out of a hole. Based on the time that Jim has had the building it won’t be long before it’s one of the best and progressive in all of Rogers Park.
